Each year we schedule and manage The Strategy Game, a competition in managing a multi-million fictitious enterptise over a number of years. Teams may be from within an organization, on a state by state basis or international. Led by Dr Kenneth Preiss, our highly experienced team members provide session by session tuition in strategic planning and thinking. Each session represents one year, and after tuition, teams submit their plans, which are then assessed by our computerized simulator. Teams are ranked on their progress. The Game runs for a number of weeks, or can be condensed into a shorter timeframe, such as a retreat or live in workshop.
