Tim is an Australian CPA, developer, CFO and management consultant with a lot of ERP, manufacturing, retail and commercial management experience in Australia, Asia and Europe. After consulting for three years in Australia and Asia, he worked twelve years in Asia and Europe with the world-leading Philips Lighting in senior Finance roles. Since returning to Australia he's had a CFO role, raised finance for SMEs and consulted to manufacturers and retailers.

His consulting focus is fast decision making and flexible, scalable response:with this toolkit, SMEs can turn a period of economic and technological change into growth. He is highly experienced at business cases, business cases and financial models, and often assists clients with business plans, IMs and due diligence.

He also teaches small business management, attached to the Business Enterprise Unit at Holmesglen.
