Roger Levy is a professional engineer, consultant & manager specialising in enterprise development via evidence-based management, an open mind and creativity.

Roger has strong attributes in the successful introduction of new concepts, policies and procedures into organizations gaining buy-in and acceptance from all parties. He is skilled in business establishment, process improvement, quality assurance, performance review and team building.

After 10 years as an engineer with Telstra where his final task was in introducing computer-controlled switching systems into Australia, he became Chief Consulting Engineer designing and implementing IT systems for many of Australia’s largest corporations. He then moved into NEC responsible for manufacturing, logistics, engineering, marketing and sales with the final role as Business Development GM for the Oceania Region.

Over the last 30 years he has successfully carried out many projects for clients ranging from team establishment, Business Intelligence systems, Market analysis & planning, operational productivity investigations, major project management, quality assurance and revenue/risk assurance. He has worked with, or consulted to, a wide range of enterprises including BHP, MIM, BP, ANZ, Fairfax, AAMI, Logica, Crisis Support Services, Uecomm, Universities of Queensland, Melbourne, Latrobe & Deakin and the Victorian State Government.

Roger has been CEO, GM and Director of a number of organisations in the IT&T industries including one of the founders of the first super-computer bureau in Australia. His overseas experience includes Japan, Korea, New Zealand and the UK.
