Riley brings extensive financial analysis and advisory skills to the clients. He provides expert corporate advice, particularly in the areas of capital raising, financial structuring of transactions, share and business valuations, due diligence and divestment.

Riley has successfully demonstrated his capacity for leadership and expert advice. His capabilities in the areas of internal accounting and financial control are exceptional.

Today, Riley concentrates in corporate advice, particularly acquisitions, divestments, mergers and exit strategies.

Riley commenced his career as an in-house accountant. He then moved to the Auditor General's department in Victoria conducting audit and investigation. Riley has worked extensively with large Government instrumentalities.

To diversify his experience Riley moved to public practice. He consulted in the financial aspects of logistics, property, vineyards and wineries, and investments portfolios of high net worth individuals.
