Anne Kilmartin is a “make-it happen” person with extensive ICT experience involving software life cycle planning, development, installation and maintenance. Born in NSW and educated in Brisbane, Anne moved to Victoria to work for major corporations.

Prior to joining Corporate Outcomes Group, Anne Kilmartin successfully operated as an independent IT consultant for 15 years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of IT consultancy and development. She has worked as a Systems Analyst, Project Leader, Analyst Programmer and Business Analyst whilst providing services such as:

• Reviews of existing corporate IT systems
• Assessments of corporations various needs
• Designs and programming of software in order to take the corporation to successfully achieve its goals

Her experience has been gained in retail, banking, membership, technical, administration and financial services, but all relating to software systems. To mention some, her previous major clients include the Victoria Police, ANZ Bank Ltd and Standard & Poors,  Kraft Foods, the Coles-Myer group and VisyBoard. This illustrate her diversity.

Anne’s first task when joining enCAPSulate was to change the focus from a consultancy-based model to the development of commercial software. This encompassed:
• Instituting version control
• Considerable redevelopment of the existing product in order to consolidate a multitude of different client versions to a single configurable version
• Formalising the development and testing processes
• Developing client handover materials
• Formalising the testing and installation process
